CSA Registration, Payments, and Donations

CSA Registration and Payment Instructions
Note: All CSA Sites are closed for the season.
Contact Margo if you would like to be
added to the 2011 mailing list.

  • You may elect from the following payment options:
    • one (lump-sum) payment
    • 2 equal payments
    • 4 equal payments
  • in the payment box below, select the payment option you want for your share (you will provide your specific site information on the payment page)
  • once you have made your selection, click on the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the form
  • provide your name, address, and other contact information where indicated
  • select your site location and whether this is a new registration or an installment payment
  • follow the on–instructions; you will receive a confirmation email after you have paid
  • note: if you register on–line, please also mail in a contract; indicate on it that you paid on-line (and give the date).
  • note: if you opt for periodic payments, you will NOT be automatically billed. Rachel will send you an email reminder when your next installment is due. You will need to repeat this process for subsqequent payments.

CSA Donation Instructions

You can make donations to Hawthorne Valley Farm and our CSA on–line
with your MasterCard or Visa credit card. To do so:

  • click on the “Donate” button below;
  • you will be directed to a secure payment page for the Hawthorne Valley Association (note: this is a different and separate page from your share payment page; donations and share payments are separate transactions)
  • look for the CSA option in the designation droplist (it is the bottom item on the list)
  • follow the steps on the payment page; you will receive a confirmation email
