Join Hawthorne Valley Farm’s cheesemaker, Peter Kindel, for a series of hands on workshops in home cheesemaking. Take individual classes or the full series.
From milk to curd, you’ll learn the steps for producing your own homemade batch of cheddar, followed by a discussion and tasting of some of the best cheddars available.
