Broad-leafed Spring BeautyGood picture of the flowers, lousy picture of the leaves. This is a "highland" species and relatively rare in our county; we found it on a stream bank in New Lebanon. Although there is a lot of variation, this species does tend to have pinker flowers than the slender-leafed sort. |
