Field Vegetables

To meet the needs of our 300-member Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, our two Greenmarkets in New York City, as well as a few wholesale and retail accounts — we grow about 10 acres of Field Vegetables. Production is split between three primary sites, each of 3 to 5 acres. All these fields are geared towards small-scale tractor work.
