Kids! Can! Cook! Day Camp

Kids really can cook! And cooking opens the door to healthier lifestyles.KIDS! CAN! COOK! connects children to the wonder and beauty of nature through food, nutrition, farming, and participation in traditional crafts.

During KIDS! CAN! COOK! campers help care for the cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens, assist in the gardens, and learn not only about where food comes from, but also gain the skills necessary to turn farm-fresh produce into delicious and nutritious meals. Daily craft activities use materials harvested from the land. Swimming, games, and explorations of the fields, forests, and streams of the farm round out each day.
