UNFI BUYING CLUB
ORDER FORM
$25.00 minimum order

Through the UNFI Buying Club, the Farm Store makes it possible for customers to order directly from United Natural Foods (UNFI), our primary wholesale distributor. This program makes hundreds of products available that we simply don't have the shelf space for! Orders are placed weekly, with customers using the UNFI Buying Club catalog. There is a 5% handling fee added to orders of up to $499; there is no handling fee for orders of $500 or more. There is no membership fee, and orders can be placed as frequently or infrequently as desired.

The UNFI Buying Club catalog can be used or purchased at the Store, or NOW! here on our web site. Orders can be placed on-line using this page, by email to buying club, via fax to 518.672.4887, or be leaving your order at the store.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Find the appropriate order information in your UNFI Buying Club catalog.
• Move between boxes (fields) by using the tab key (NOT the "enter" key).
• When you have completed your order, press the "Add to Basket" button at the bottom of the page.
• If, after reviewing your cart, you want to add something, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, and you will be brought back to the order form. Note that your previously-listed items do not show up on the form. You do NOT have to re-enter them — they are already in your cart!
• At that point, you will be taken to a screen where you can review your order before providing your name, membership number, and contact information. For your records, we suggest you print a copy of this page if you are not going to provide an email address for a receipt.
• Your order will automatically be e-mailed to Thea at the Farm Store once you have completed the "purchase" process.
• If you provide an email address, you will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your order.
  
• Read the Explanation of Your Receipt (either emailed to you or that accompanying your order); if you have questions, ask a Store co-worker.
  
  
  

  NOTE: NEW INFORMATION FIELD ON FORM!!
  *Wrhs = Warehouse. In the catalog, this is found directly after the product description; it is the first half of the wrhs/info column. Check to see if the product is available from Chesterfield! There must be either NO CODE or a C in the warehouse column in order for you to receive the item. (This catalog serves seven warehouses. The codes can be found in the front of the book, with the other abbreviations.)

  EXPLANATION OF E-MAILED AND CUSTOMER RECEIPTS
  
  Below is a sample of the receipt that will accompany your order when you pick it up.
  Your emailed receipt (if you provide an email address when you place the order) will have only the date, order ID, and product:quantity:price information.

  
  
  Date:   the date on which you placed the order
  Shopper ID:   a randomly assigned number for this particular order only
  IP Number:   computer code that is irrelevant to your order
  For payment by:   all orders are paid at the Farm Store when picked up
  
  Product : Quantity : Price
  for each item you ordered, there will be a line that has the following information, in this order:
  
  product #, pack size, brand, description, page : quantity ordered : total price
  
  Voucher:   not applicable
  Discount:   not applicable
  Subtotal:   yhe subtotal of your order
  Shipping:   there is no shipping charge
  Tax:   there is no additional tax added to your order
  TOTAL:   the total amount of your order, which you will pay at the Farm Store when you pick it up.
  
  Invoice to:   all invoice information is not applicable
  Tel:   your phone number
  Fax:   your fax number (if provided)
  Email:   your email address (if provided)
  
  Message:   if you entered a comment about your order, it will show up here
