Hawthorne Valley sauerkraut gets a nice mention in a new article posted on NorthJersey.com titled “Sauerkraut is Super Healthy and Down-right Delicious.” Writer Nina Rizzo spoke with Andreas Schneider, Director of Food Production Enterprises at Hawthorne Valley.
