UNFI Buying Club
Through the UNFI Buying Club, Farm Store customers can order directly from United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), our primary wholesale distributor. This program makes thousands of products available that we simply don't have space for in the store. This is also a great way to get the best price on items you use in bulk regularly or for parties and special events. Please feel free to browse and don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions!
A few details:
- Orders are placed weekly on Mondays at 8 am
- Orders are available for pick-up starting Tuesday after 4 pm
- There is a 5% handling fee added to orders of up to $499
- There is no handling fee for orders of $500 or more
- There is no membership fee
- Orders can be placed as frequently or infrequently as desired

Note: UNFI has made a catalog change: Effective July 1, they will publish an annual catalog, with all products listed at regular prices, and then a monthly sale catalog with only sale and price changes listed. This will save dramatically on paper use!

In the Farm Store
We have catalogs available for purchase and to view at the Farm Store. They are located at the Buying Club desk at the end of the produce cooler.

Important: Make sure that each item is available from the Chesterfield warehouse!
The Buying Club catalog serves at least eight warehouses - we receive items only from Chesterfield. There must be either no letter or a C in the warehouse column for us to receive the product.
You may complete an order form:
- At the Store
- Or, fax it to 518-672-4887
- Or, fill out the order form in Word, attach the form to an email, and email it to us.
Orders received after the deadline will be entered the following week. You are welcome to call and confirm the status of your order.
Price list
The correct price list is determined by Monday's date. The front page of the catalog has price effective dates.
M3
Some product numbers have an M3 next to them. A minimum of 3 of that item must be ordered to receive the product.
Pick-Up
Orders should be picked up by the end of the day on the Monday following your order. While we do not charge a late pick-up fee, we do need the shelves clear for the next week's order. Thank you!
Payment
Payment is due at the time of pick-up. No deposit is required.
Returns/Refunds
Please check your merchandise carefully at the time of pick-up! UNFI accepts returns made within one week of delivery. To receive a refund, bring your invoice and the merchandise to the Store, unopened and in the original package (unless the product was spoiled). For a "wrong item ordered" there may be a 10% restocking fee.
