UNFI Buying Club
Through the UNFI Buying Club, Farm Store customers can order directly from United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), our primary wholesale distributor. This program makes thousands of products available that we simply don’t have space for in the store. This is also a great way to get the best price on items you use in bulk regularly or for parties and special events. Please feel free to browse and don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions!
Please Note: The Buying Club order will be placed on Wednesday, Aug 28, for the Thursday, Aug 29, truck and on Wednesday, Sept 4, for the Thursday, Sept 5 truck.
A few details:
• Orders are placed weekly on Mondays at 8 am
• Orders are available for pick-up starting Tuesday after 4 pm and should be picked up before the following Tuesday.
• There is a no handling fee (New!)
• There is no membership fee
• Orders can be placed as frequently or infrequently as desired

Tri-Annual Buying Club Catalog (PDF, 2.96 MB) – this list is best searched with the CTRL-F function (type brand or keyword into window to locate product). Prices will be lower.
In the Farm Store
The UNFI Wholesale Catalogs will be available for use at the Buying Club corner desk.
Placing Your Order
You may complete an order form the following ways:
- At the Store
- Fax it to 518-672-7457
- Attach the form to an email to us
Orders received after the deadline will be entered the following week. You are welcome to call and confirm the status of your order.
We will no longer follow a monthly sale schedule, but will use the lower wholesale catalog price. Catalogs are published three times yearly. Prices are subject to change.
Minimum of 3 each needed.
Following the item number will be a CS (case) or EA (each) designation. An EA* designation means that you need to order a minimum of 3 of this item to receive it.
Orders should be picked up by the end of the day on the Monday following your order. While we do not charge a late pick-up fee, we do need the shelves clear for the next week’s order. Thank you!
Payment is due at the time of pick-up. No deposit is required.
Please check your merchandise carefully at the time of pick-up! UNFI accepts returns made within one week of delivery. To receive a refund, bring your invoice and the merchandise to the Store, unopened and in the original package (unless the product was spoiled). For a “wrong item ordered” there may be a 10% restocking fee.
